Philippine Outreach Centre Ministries is based in Subic, Zambales in Northern Luzon, Philippines. It was founded in 1984 by Christine Hailes Perillo and includes:

After working a ten month contract with Missionary/Evangelist David Nellist, Chrissy Hailes returned to Subic with a vision for establishing a children's home, rehabilitation home and church fellowship. Over the years the Lord has brought this vision to pass and has steadily increased the overall vision to include so much more, such as the school (POCCA), Children’s Homes (POCCH) and ministry to the disabled. Chrissy and Dondie Perillo were married in 1988 and now have seven children. Carlo, Monique, Nathanael, Rannel, Aaron, Eljohn and Joshua. The Perillo family live in Subic where they lead the ministry team.
