Welcome to Philippine Outreach Centre Ministries(POCM’s) website. This website is designed to keep our friends and partners updated with the work of POCM here in Subic, Philippines.
Chrissy Hailes came to the Philippines as a young 21 year old woman. With a great vision to serve the Filipino people, and an even greater God on her side.
Now over 25 years later, that vision is still being fulfilled. Providing free education to the poor, a loving home to over 85 babies, children, young people, and children with special needs. We Minister to inmates incarcerated in local jails and Muntinlupa's Maximum security prison, and give spiritual guidance through church plants and children's outreach programmes.

Shine Kids Ministry is run by Ptr. Ric and Rachel Bedicer. They are the Youth pastors for POCF and co-ordinators for the Shine Kids Ministry team outreach in Subic. Check out their monthly newsletters and the Shine website.
